These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website conscious-sister.com and any related pages, content, products, and services (together, the "Services") offered by Coralie Lauren LLC, trading as Conscious Sister ("Conscious Sister," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Conscious Sister is a trading name of Coralie Lauren LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States.

2. Nature of our work
Conscious Sister offers energy-based services and educational materials, including Soul Liberation Therapy, Past Life Regression sessions, digital products, and online courses.
Please read this section carefully.
Our services are provided for personal growth, self-exploration, relaxation, and wellbeing purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care. We are not medical or mental-health professionals, and nothing we offer is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, please consult a qualified professional. You should not stop, delay, or change any treatment prescribed to you by a licensed professional based on your use of our Services.
Our services are spiritual and energetic in nature. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome or result. Experiences are personal and vary from person to person.
By purchasing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are participating of your own free will.
3. Services and how they are delivered
Soul Liberation Therapy (clearings): Clearings are performed remotely by our team within a flexible timeframe. You will receive a written report following the session. Timing is intentionally kept open and is not guaranteed to fall within a fixed window.
Past Life Regression: These are live one-to-one sessions delivered by video call, scheduled by appointment.
Digital products and courses: These are delivered electronically and accessed online through our platform. Access details are provided after purchase.
Subscriptions: Where offered, subscriptions provide a set number of clearings per billing period on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
4. Booking, intake information, and consent
For certain services you will be asked to provide intake information, which may include the full name, date of birth, and city of residence of the person receiving the work. You confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that, where you are booking on behalf of another person, you have their permission to share their information and to arrange the work on their behalf.
Our clearing work is carried out only where consent is obtained from the Higher Self of the person receiving the work. This is a core principle of how we operate (see Section 6 on refunds).
5. Prices and payment
All prices are listed on our website and are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely through our platform's payment provider. By making a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any recurring subscription charges.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Digital products and courses. All sales of digital products, downloads, and online courses are final and non-refundable. Because these materials are delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
Soul Liberation Therapy clearings. Our work requires consent from the Higher Self of the person receiving the clearing. In the event that this consent is not obtained, the clearing will not proceed, and you will be automatically refunded for that clearing. No further action is required on your part.
Past Life Regression sessions. Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to find a new time. We reserve the right to treat repeated no-shows or late cancellations as a completed session.
Subscriptions. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation will stop all future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, though any clearings already included in that period remain available to you.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website and within our products and courses, including text, images, graphics, audio, video, course materials, and the Soul Liberation Therapy methodology and name, is owned by or licensed to Coralie Lauren LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you purchase a digital product or course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, share, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Services, or reproduce or redistribute our paid content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Services, including any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or will produce any particular result.
As stated in Section 2, our Services are not medical, psychological, or professional advice and are not a substitute for professional care.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coralie Lauren LLC, and its owner, contractors, and collaborators, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coralie Lauren LLC and its owner, contractors, and collaborators from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
