Payments are processed through our website platform's integrated payment system. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our platform and its payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing (for example, under the GDPR), we rely on: the performance of our contract with you (to deliver what you have purchased); your consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests (to run and improve our business); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Our platform and service providers

We use Kajabi to host our website, deliver our digital products and courses, process payments, manage checkout and subscriptions, and send email communications. Kajabi processes personal information on our behalf as part of providing these services. Kajabi's payment processing is handled through its integrated payment provider (Stripe).

Where booking is handled through a third-party scheduling tool, that provider processes the information necessary to arrange your appointment.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us and are required to keep it secure.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share your information:

  • With the service providers described above, who help us operate our business.
  • With our team members and collaborators involved in delivering your service (for example, the medium who assists with a clearing), limited to what is necessary to carry out the work.
  • Where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

7. International transfers

We operate internationally and work with clients and collaborators around the world, including in the United States and the United Kingdom. This means your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.

Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we take steps to ensure it is protected in line with applicable data protection laws.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve any disputes. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.
